What to wear: comfortable fitness gear, with additional warmer top layer that can be removed. Soft soled athletic shoes. Small towel for personal use

This 1.5 hour long class includes yoga Asanas (exercises), breathing relaxation and meditation. The aim is to help you to balance your body and mind through the practice of yoga. With all the pressures of life and responsibilities people are in a state of separation from their body and mind leading to greater feelings of isolation. When we bring the mind and body together, we feel in a much better place and whole again, ready to take on the world and all of its challenges with a positive attitude.
