Seniors Yoga/Pilates

Duration: 60 minute classes
Classes: Private, Semi-Private (up to 2 students)
What to wear: comfortable fitness gear, with additional warmer top layer that can be removed. Soft soled athletic shoes. Small towel for personal use

Take the ‘tired’ out of ‘retired’! Integral yoga and Pilates are taught in safety and comfort using slow movements and precise postures. The aim is to protect muscles, joints and connective tissues while fully engaging the body and mind. Correct practice improves posture, flexibility, muscle tone and overall stamina. If you’re looking to regain physical strength and flexibility then ask about our private or semi-private yoga or Pilates classes.
