This is functional training in the form of a circuit, where you will be performing a variety of exercises, using your own body weight and small props. Guaranteed to burn fat, each session provides you with the strength, endurance and flexibility that you need to thrive as you move through your life. The training focuses on the basic functional movement patterns like pushing, pulling, hinging, squatting, rotating, carrying and gait patterns (walking and running) that you use every day.
