KS Pilates fusion class is led by Kristen herself. It is a full body Pilates workout integrating legwork, challenging the core and focusing on the back and shoulders girdle. Using gym sticks, balls, flex band, rollers and rings you’ll get a comprehensive workout for your entire body. Build core strength, tone your body and lift your mood to take on the challenges of your day. You’ll bounce out of this class with renewed vigour and drive.
