Sports Fitness and Injury Rehabilitation

Kristen is a highly trained Pilates instructor having completed many courses over the years to keep growing her knowledge base of the body, its functions and fitness in general.
For athletes in particular she has had over 200 hours of comprehensive training in all Pilates equipment including the Reformer, mat work, Cadillac, chair and barrels. This means she is able to fine-tune a personal and circuit training programme to meet general fitness and athletic conditioning goals for a range of clients.
She designs a layered programme with over 295 exercises (including multiple modifications) to help her clients enhance torso stability and strength, peripheral extremity conditioning, joint stability, flexibility, balance and coordination. She is trained to closely observe her clients and modify her approach for specific body types, postural issues and conditions.
