Cardio and Strength, TRX

Duration: 60 minute classes
Classes: Small groups
What to wear: comfortable fitness gear, with additional warmer top layer that can be removed. Soft soled athletic shoes. Small towel for personal use

Our cardio and strength classes use a combination of methods to give you a wide variety of exercises for a fully-rounded and always fun workout. Be prepared to sweat!

  • Step & Shape – a perfect combination of cardio, step training and resistance workout to create strong muscles and total body workout
  • ABSolution – super sets of cardio and abs workout (dance & simple cardio exercises)
  • TRX-CT – TRX group circuit training – round sequences of lower body, upper body, core and cardio.
  • Body Challenge – high intensity, whole body circuit training using only dumbbells and mat that includes 2 minutes of cardio, 2 minutes of strength and 2 minutes of abs
  • Body Sculpt – a total body workout with exercises that transition from one muscle group to the next.
