Barre workout is designed to trim, tighten and tone your entire body with an emphasis on defining your glutes and legs. By using small, controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetition, you can develop a dancer’s physique much faster than you can imagine! Classes use a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training and is also great for toning the very upper portion of your triceps.
