Offering classic Pilates workouts on a range of equipment including Pilates mat, reformer, chair, ladder barrels, spring boards, balls and now the new Corealign machine. The studio has grown to cater for more specific areas of fitness and rehabilitation. The private and semi-private classes are ideal in giving greater attention to detail and form, thereby allowing clients to increase strength in weaker or injured joints and muscles. Kristen is often recommended by health care practitioners to complement the work they are doing with their clients in healing specific areas of the body. Of course many come to Kristen’s Studio for the general fitness and health benefits of Pilates and for the pure enjoyment of it.
Fitness & Wellness
In 2017, Kristen expanded the studio to meet her growing clientele’s needs to encompass more disciplines. As well as continuing the popular private and semi-private Pilates sessions, group fitness classes were added covering yoga, meditation, Barre, jazz-dance fitness, mums and babies’ yoga, pre and post-natal Pilates and cardio workouts. The studio is now offering special classes for ladies ages 65+.
Her team of hand-picked instructors are each highly-qualified and passionate in their areas of expertise. Their classes are often a fusion of disciplines that take into account clients’ needs. Client care, safety and wellness are the number one focus.
